• Cook and prepare basic meals/platters for customers.
• Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times.
• Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices.
• Serve menu items compliant with established standards.
• Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts.
• Liaise with restaurant manager with regards to the day to day operations of the restaurant.
• Previous experience in same role or in catering establishment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
